funky bikram yoga

When we were doing the postures of equilibrium and stretch the yoga teacher said: --the further you look, the further you'll arrived--
I like how it sounds in spanish:
Entre mas lejos miras mas lejos llegas.

When you are trying to get balance in a funky yoga posture or in a simple ballet turn, you need to set up a point in the room that will help you to focus and balance. When we are trying to stretch normally we closed the eyes but in Bikram yoga they don let you do it, i think because Bikram Yoga is  practiced in a room heated to 105°F (40.5°C) with a humidity of 40% so if you closed your eyes you may fall asleep or just simply past out, :) it's a very challenging yoga you can tangible feel high or totally miserable.

I also remember a few sentences from the past discourse of Dharma Master Ruo Hui at the meditation class... something about see*, we normally don't see* due to the traffic of thoughts in our mind, when practicing meditation we learn to deal with thoughts and we learn to see*, the next step is to realize and understand what we see*.
What we normally do is to judge so then we differenciate and this remember me when in one of the books of Castaneda, Don juan matus his mentor is explaining him the same thing, we see a tree because since babies we have been trained to see things, we have been told that... that ball of energy is called --tree-- so we see a tree, and that's how we see a car, a dog, a house, a color, etc.; Don Juan Matus was teaching Castaneda that everything is but an ocean of energy (i think that if you can realize this you have a very high level of mind some level of enlightment) that's why kids have more chance to see fairies, or ghosts or weird things out of the system, when we get old we are totally trained to see the most dense and solid programed world.

This is quote is from Don Juan (i like more in spanish):
Cuando un guerrero aprende a ver, ve que un
hombre, ya sea mendigo o rey, es un huevo luminoso,
y no hay manera de cambiar  nada; o mejor dicho,
Qué podria cambiarse de ese huevo luminoso?
Qué?
When a warrior learns to see, he sees that a man,
either beggar or king, is a luminous egg,
and there is no way of changing anything;
What could be change to this luminous egg?
What?
of course that my englichi translation sounds weird but i think it's clear...i hope
;)

okay this luminous egg of mine is going to bed.
love yu
